Inner fill is 250gsm pure New Zealand wool fibre. Outer casing is pure cotton. Wool duvet inners are a good alternative for those with feather and down allergies. Box quilted construction keeps fill evenly spread. Packed in a handy cotton bag for easy off season storage. Dry cleanable. Please follow instructions on care label for laundering. *Please note for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on duvet inners, pillow inners and mattress toppers, so please choose carefully. **Explanation of wool aroma: there may be a natural wool aroma when first removing this product from it's packaging. This scent occurs due to the natural presence of wool oils (lanolin) and is a characteristic of genuine wool products rather than a manufacturing defect. While the majority of lanolin is removed, a small amount is retained to help maintain fibre softness, to reduce fibre brittleness and to improve wool resilience. The intensity of the aroma can vary from batch to batch depending on seasonal characteristics, processing conditions, storage, shipping duration and environmental factors. Products that have been compressed and sealed in packaging for extended periods during transit can retain these natural aromas more noticeably until they have been aired. After removing from packaging, we recommend airing the duvet inner in warm sunshine or a well ventilated area for a few days before using.

PLEASE NOTE: to be eligible for a refund
Returns must be made to us in original condition with packaging intact and within 30 days of original purchase. You must provide proof of purchase with an original Wallace Cotton receipt, through your purchase being recorded in our loyalty programme or provide a relevant bank statement.

Refunds will be issued to your credit, debit or eftpos card as we do not refund purchases with cash. Where the exchange of a product is less than you originally paid, a store credit will be issued to you for the difference. You will have 12 months to use the store credit.

Goods are returned to Wallace Cotton at your own expense, however, if goods are faulty we will reimburse you for the cost of postage. A returns form is attached to the receipt enclosed with your order.
