  • Your delivery is arranged with NZ Post, but may be passed over to one of their delivery partners for final delivery.
  • You item will be shipped from one of our NZ locations.
  • Occasionally, orders will be fulfilled from multiple locations depending on stock availability.

  • Will I receive tracking?
    All orders are sent via NZ Post and a tracking number will be sent to you immediately after it is created.

  • How much is delivery for furniture and bulky items?
    This is priced individually based on the item and delivery location. The price will calculate in the checkout.

  • Do you deliver on long weekends or public holidays?
    Please expect delays during long weekends and public holidays. While we do our best to dispatch as soon as possible, unfortunately it can be held up during those busy times.

  • Why have I only received part of my order?
    Orders with multiple items may be sent in separate parcels if they have been sourced from our warehouse and one of our retail stores. There is no extra delivery charge for items being sent separately.

  • Can I change my address after I've ordered?
    We are unable to guarantee that we can modify delivery addresses, after the order has been placed. If you make a mistake with the delivery address, and your order has not been delivered, you can redirect your parcel delivery to another address nearby using your tracking number and NZ Post's 'Manage my Parcel' service.

Click & Collect information

  • Click & collect is FREE for all orders.
  • It is estimated to be ready either the same day, or up to 3 days after you place the order
  • It is only available in stores with the items you have ordered.
  • Please have your order confirmation email ready to present for Click & Collect pick up.
  • Please have photo ID, and the credit card used on hand as you may be asked to present this for verification.

  • How will I know it's ready to collect?
    An automated email will be sent to you once your order is ready for collection. Please wait until you've received this email before coming into store as your order may not be ready.
