Size: 160cm long x 42cm high x 46cm wide. Material: wooden frame and wooden feet with pure linen upholstery and linen covered buttons. Hinged lid for easy opening and metals handles on either end for easy movability. Lining: black felt. Spot clean with damp cloth only. Keep away from direct sunlight to avoid fading.

Complimentary delivery does not apply to furniture. The delivery fee will be applied at checkout once delivery address has been entered. All orders are shipped from our Auckland warehouse. We estimate delivery within 5-10 days from the date of purchase, but this is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Items purchased at full price are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit.

Items purchased during a promotional period are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit.

Items purchased from our Outlet, the Sale page of our website or that are permanently marked down are not eligible for a refund. You can exchange these items for other products or a store credit.

PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on duvet inners, pillow inners and mattress toppers please choose carefully.

PLEASE NOTE: to be eligible for a refund
Returns must be made to us in original condition with packaging intact and within 30 days of original purchase. You must provide proof of purchase with an original Wallace Cotton receipt, through your purchase being recorded in our loyalty programme or provide a relevant bank statement.

Refunds will be issued to your credit, debit or eftpos card as we do not refund purchases with cash. Where the exchange of a product is less than you originally paid, a store credit will be issued to you for the difference. You will have 12 months to use the store credit.

Goods are returned to Wallace Cotton at your own expense, however, if goods are faulty we will reimburse you for the cost of postage. A returns form is attached to the receipt enclosed with your order.
