All about cotton sateen
Cotton sateen is a pure cotton fabric distinguished by its sateen weave. Sateen weave is where three threads are woven over one thread, which results in a smooth fabric with a soft hand feel. This weave also offers a slight sheen or lustre which contributes to the luxurious look and feel. Cotton sateen fabric usually has a high thread count which is tightly woven to produce a heavier weight fabric perfect for cooler months and cooler climates.
