Hosting at home
Our Antipasto Kitchen range is inspired by ‘antipasto’; the traditional first course of a formal Italian meal. Usually made of bite-size pieces and presented on a sharing plate. Read on to discover easy-to-follow step-by-step tips for creating your own antipasto platter.

Step 1. Choose your board
Pick a wooden board, a marble slab or a serving platter large enough to hold all your delicious ingredients. Include a few ramekins or small bowls for dips or olives.

Step 2. Select your ingredients
Aim for a variety of flavours and a balance between meat, dairy and vegetarian so there’s something for everyone. A great combination includes soft and hard cheeses, cured meats, pickles, olives, fruit, vegetables and dips.

Step 3. Place your ingredients
Start by laying rows of crackers across the board or platter. Then position your cheeses. Then fill the spaces between with folded prosciutto, salami, dried fruits and olives. Pre-slice some cheese to encourage guests to start. Add cheese knives and garnish with sprigs of rosemary.
