From small beginnings and a ‘shop by catalogue’ business in late 2005, to 12 retail stores and a thriving online store in 2025, Wallace Cotton is a homegrown success story. Our core bed linen business was founded on quality cotton, unique designs and a sustainable ethos. Designed to make every day more beautiful, our collections are created in small batches and offer enduring quality, accessible luxury and inspiration for beautiful living. We’re celebrating our 20th birthday this month with a new collection that beautifully references our past.
Introducing our Beloved Hydrangea collection
We’re paying homage to the humble hydrangea, a beautiful bloom that’s been woven throughout our collections for two decades. Our Beloved Hydrangea design is featured on a limited-edition bed linen and accessory range, offering a little piece of Wallace cotton history designed for everyone to enjoy.
Our sustainability journey
As textile producers, sustainability is important to us. We believe in caring for our land and oceans and not contributing to landfill. We champion the idea of buying less and instead investing in great-quality pieces that are designed to last. We consider every step of the fabric lifecycle from the origin of the fibre to how the fabric can be repurposed or recycled after use. We carefully choose suppliers to ensure a more transparent and accountable supply chain for our fabrics and products. We produce our collections in small batches while repurposing fabric off-cuts into smaller accessory items, ensuring minimal waste. Click below to learn more about our sustainability journey.
20 years of iconic designs
The unique designs we create for our small batch collections are always inspired by nature. Whether it’s a colour palette, a floral or botanical design or a simple motif, our talented in-house textile team bring iconic designs to life for our customers. Hand-drawn and hand-painted in-house, we play with the shape, colour and texture of a motif which is then printed, embroidered or woven into our bed linen, homeware and sleepwear. Our most loved and iconic motifs include our hydrangea bloom, our palm tree and our Wallace Cotton bee. These and many other designs have featured across our collections over the past 20 years.
