Standard Pillow. Size: 48cm x 73cm + 4cm gusset. Fill: 50% white goose down 50% white goose feather. 800gm weight. Encased in densely woven down proof cotton to prevent feathers migrating. Top tip: Regularly place your feather pillow in warm sunshine to remove any moisture and to maintain loft. Items purchased at full price are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit.

Items purchased during a promotional period are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit.

Items purchased from our Outlet, the Sale page of our website or that are permanently marked down are not eligible for a refund. You can exchange these items for other products or a store credit.

PLEASE NOTE: to be eligible for a refund
Returns must be made to us in original condition with packaging intact and within 30 days of original purchase. You must provide proof of purchase with an original Wallace Cotton receipt, through your purchase being recorded in our loyalty programme or provide a relevant bank statement.

Refunds will be issued to your credit, debit or eftpos card as we do not refund purchases with cash. Where the exchange of a product is less than you originally paid, a store credit will be issued to you for the difference. You will have 12 months to use the store credit.

Goods are returned to Wallace Cotton at your own expense, however, if goods are faulty we will reimburse you for the cost of postage. A returns form is attached to the receipt enclosed with your order.
