Caring for linen

The perfect fabric for all seasons, our linen collections are made from a responsive certified European linen fibre which will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. Pure linen is beautiful, highly durable and sustainable. The more you use and launder your linen, the softer and more relaxed it becomes.

Purchasing good quality duvet cover sets, sheets and pillowcases is an investment, so it’s worth taking the time to care for your bed linen correctly. We make our collections in small batches and repurpose fabric offcuts into smaller items to reduce wastage. Follow our caring tips to lengthen the life of your items and keep them looking and feeling beautiful for longer.

BED LINEN BUYING GUIDE

Care instructions for washing linen bedding and table linens

Gentle cold machine wash separately, using a mild laundry powder or liquid.
Cool tumble dry or line dry in shade.
Warm iron while damp.
Do not soak. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Bleach can weaken bed linen fabric, and fabric softener contains silicon which creates a waterproof coating on textiles.

All our linen bedding is slightly oversized to allow for shrinkage during washing, this will ensure your fitted sheets will still fit the bed after laundering.
