Accounts Manager

Our lovely Accounts Manager Katie is taking Maternity leave for 8 months and we invite suitable candidates to apply for this position, with a start date of 1st August.
Duties include:

  • Manage the company general accounts in Xero
  • Weekly payroll for approx 54 staff via iPayroll
  • Update the cashflow and P & L forecasting spreadsheets
  • Maintain internal controls for reporting on banking, petty cash, refunds, gift cards etc
  • Prepare GST and other tax returns
  • Evaluate and report on the financial performance of the company

Manage Wallace Cotton UK accounts, including UK payroll and expenses.

We require an experienced Accounts Manager who is keen to be a part of a great company and a friendly, motivated team.

 

Retail Assistants - Auckland

We are currently on the lookout for Retail Assistants in our Auckland stores.
If you feel you would be a fabulous fit for us then we would love to hear from you! You must be available to work at least one day on a weekend, and have reliable transport as from time to time you may be needed to work in all of our Auckland stores i.e. Takapuna, Newmarket, Ponsonby, Northwest, Rosedale. This role may suit an individual wanting to return to the workforce on a part-time/casual basis.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Going above and beyond to offer exceptional customer service and wow! factor
Maintaining a high level of presentation of our product in store
Stock-take and stock replenishment
Communicating and delivering the Wallace Cotton brand values

You must be well presented and will preferably have retail experience.

Retail Assistant - Christchurch

We are also looking for a part-time Retail Sales Assistant for our Merivale, Christchurch store. The days required would be Fridays & Saturdays from 9.30-4.30pm on both days.

You must be well presented and will preferably have retail experience.
