Air Duvets, Pillows and Mattress Toppers before use, and every 2-3 weeks thereafter.
Pillows can be fluffed up with a quick spin in a warm dryer monthly (5 minutes maximum.)
Duvets and Pillows are machine or hand washable, in warm water with mild detergent. Dry thoroughly without delay, either line (on a warm breezy day) or in a dryer on low heat.
Excess washing will affect the longevity of Down/Feather items.
Do not dry clean, bleach, iron or steam.

Please note: For hygeine reasons there is no return or exchange on down and feather products.

NZ: Delivery fee is $8 for ALL orders and will be delivered via Courierpost. Following receipt of your payment please allow 4 working days for delivery. All orders can be delivered to rural addresses and PO Boxes.

AUSTRALIA: Delivery fee is AU$10 for ALL orders and will be delivered by Toll Express Couriers. Prices are not a direct currency conversion as a portion of the courier cost is allowed for in the product price. Please allow up to 8 working days for delivery. For PO BOX addresses, delivery will be made by Australia Post and may take up to 10 working days.
