Air Duvets, Pillows and Mattress Toppers before use, and every 2-3 weeks thereafter. Pillows can be fluffed up with a quick spin in a warm dryer monthly (5 minutes maximum.) Duvets and Pillows are machine or hand washable, in warm water with mild detergent. Dry thoroughly without delay, either line (on a warm breezy day) or in a dryer on low heat. Excess washing will affect the longevity of Down/Feather items.
Do not dry clean, bleach, iron or steam.

  Best Pillow Ever (May 17, 2012)

Would recommend - yes

This pillow lives up to its name so completely, that I cannot imagine being without it, which is why I bought a second one to make sure that it can never happen. I will probably take it on my overseas travels, as I always have pillow problems. Impossible to recommend it too highly.

I ordered my Downtime Dream Pillow on the 3rd and received it (in Australia) on the 10th - with Easter in between! It was all squished up in the parcel, so I aired it, and I honestly thought it might take flight - so fluffy and soft. The selling point for me was that the down is collected from humanely killed birds - cruelty free means I can sleep well. And I did. I could feel the pillowcase, but it felt as though my head and neck were being supported by nothing. I've been suffering from chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia for a while now, and have been waking pretty much on the hour all through the night. Last night, I didn't wake up at all, and I even slept in! Thank you, Wallace Cotton.
