We hope you will love them but if for any reason you do not, return them unused within 30 days of purchase and we will refund or exchange them, no questions asked.

Goods are returned to Wallace Cotton at your own expense, however, if goods are faulty we will credit the cost of the postage to your account.

A returns form is attached to the receipt enclosed with your order.

NZ: Delivery fee is $8 for ALL orders and will be delivered via courier.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered the following day to North Island addresses (excluding rural) and within 2 days to the South Island.
All orders can be delivered to rural addresses and PO Boxes.

AUSTRALIA: Delivery fee is AU$10 for ALL orders and will be delivered by Toll Express Couriers.
Prices are not a direct currency conversion as a portion of the courier cost is allowed for in the product price.
Australian delivery will be made within 4-5 working days.
For PO BOX addresses, delivery will be made by Australia Post and may take up to 10 working days.

INTERNATIONAL: Delivery fee is NZ$15 for all orders and will be delivered by your local postal network.

Orders may incur import charges, duty and tax, to be paid by the recipient

  Excellent Little Sponge Bag (Nov 13, 2012)

Would recommend - yes

This is a perfect little sponge bag, simple in style but still holds a decent amount. It would be ideal as an extra. The attractive lime spotted fabric is fresh and practical - it could be easily wiped cleaned, the zip is sturdy and easy to operate. Would make a perfect Christmas pressie with a little something nice inside.

Would recommend - yes

This bag was great EXCEPT there was a black mark on it, I tried to wipe it off but it's not budging. It was going to be given as part of a Christmas gift but didn't due to the mark. Apart from that its a great sized, cute wee bag - I will probably end up using it myself!
