Goods are returned to Wallace Cotton at your own expense, however, if goods are faulty we will credit the cost of the postage to your account.

NZ: Delivery fee is $8 for ALL orders and will be delivered via courier.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered the following day to North Island addresses (excluding rural) and within 2 days to the South Island.
All orders can be delivered to rural addresses and PO Boxes.

AUSTRALIA: Delivery fee is AU$10 for ALL orders and will be delivered by Toll Express Couriers.
Prices are not a direct currency conversion as a portion of the courier cost is allowed for in the product price.
Australian delivery will be made within 4-5 working days.
For PO BOX addresses, delivery will be made by Australia Post and may take up to 10 working days.

INTERNATIONAL: Delivery fee is NZ$15 for all orders and will be delivered by your local postal network.

HI we love the lodge pillow and cases but have found over the last year that they have shrunk so with the pillow protectors the pillow pops out. Wondering what to do?

The pillowcases are great and the customer service was excellent. My order was for two sets of lodge size pillowcases but one set was small. You sent the replacement ones promptly and told me to keep the small ones as well. I was very impressed with your service as I have always been in the past. It amazez me how quickly my purchases from you arrive. Always much faster than anything I order from Merlbourne or Sydney. When you live in outback WA fast service is most unusual. The Heritage pillow case are a great alternative to the more expensive - Empire Lodge Pillow case however dose not have the beautiful soft feel as the Empire. The Heritage is great value and great alternative though. Service and delivery of goods are excellent and being notified via email on the where abouts of your purchase is fantastic.
