Store Manager - Northwest Shopping Centre, Auckland

We are very excited to be opening our brand new store in Northwest in October 2015 and are now seeking a passionate and talented Store Manager to fulfill this fabulous opportunity.

Wallace Cotton is a New Zealand home-ware retailer that employs a team of dedicated and passionate staff that love our product and value the importance of good quality, affordable luxury delivered with exceptional customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Going above and beyond to offer outstanding customer service and the wow! factor
• Reviewing and driving sales to achieve daily and monthly targets
• Communicating and working with our Head Office
• Lead, manage and develop your team
• Stock-take and loss prevention
• Communicating and delivering the Wallace Cotton brand values

You must be well presented and have retail management experience.
