GuaranteeAll our products are designed and produced with great care and attention to detail, and we hope you will be delighted with them. If for any reason you’re not, return them unused within 30 days of purchase and we will refund or exchange them, no questions asked.Goods are returned to Wallace Cotton at your expense, however if products are faulty, we will refund or credit the cost of the return postage. Orders are processed based on the country for delivery. NZ orders are processed in NZ dollars, AUS orders in Australian dollars, and orders for the Rest of the World in US dollars-NB Rest of world prices reflect extra shipping costs. To view product prices in the correct currency please select your country for delivery from the drop down menu at the top right of your screen. New Zealand Our standard delivery fee is $8 for all orders. Following receipt of your payment please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. All orders are delivered via Courierpost, and can be delivered to rural addresses and P.O. Boxes. Australia Please ensure that you select Australia from the top right hand drop down box, or visit www.wallacecotton.com.au to place your Australian order. Our standard delivery fee is A$10. Your order will be charged in A$ at the prices listed on this website and in the catalogue. Please allow 8 working days for delivery. International Orders for Countries outside of New Zealand and Australia are processed in US dollars, this price includes the cost of shipping and delivery. All 'Rest Of World' orders incur a US$12 handling fee. International orders may incur import charges, duty and tax, to be paid by the recipient.
